This site is devoted to sharing my passion for wildlife and outdoor photography.
A large number of photos on this site were taken in the 1000 Islands region of the St. Lawrence River in NY. It is a beautiful place with incredible wildlife viewing. Another favorite spot is Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge located on the north end of Cayuga Lake in NY. It is a major stopping ground for tens of thousands of migrating birds each spring and fall, and at least one pair of bald eagles nest there each spring and summer.
Places currently on my wishlist: Alaska (Denali NP?), Glacier NP, Yellowstone NP, Great Salt Lake, Baxter SP and Yosemite NP.
In addition to these places close to home, I am trying to get out of the area once or twice a year. Some places I have recently been include: Algonquin Provincial Park (Ontario), Coastal Maine including Acadia NP, and Grand Canyon NP.
